I will run a 45 min cross training interval Group fitness experience that will focus on agility training resistance training mixed in with technique such as “Time under tension” and Drop Sets to maximize strength and muscular endurance, Feel Strong and move like your favorite athlete choose from 45mins to 1 hour sessions
