About Dr Olivia

I have a passion for helping others and want to be there to support you on your journey to your dream school and career! I am knowledgeable, warm, flexible, and friendly, and would love to discuss your learning style, career needs, and help to increase your confidence in navigating the academic/job world. I have over a decade of experience in the psychology field and I am fortunate to be one of the youngest staff to be promoted to a senior management director position at my current job. I am the first in my family to go to college, so I understand the challenges of starting something new and striving to succeed. I'm optimistic and excited to get started with you!

About the lesson

We will collaborate to create a unique individualized approach to help you accomplish your goals. I have a doctoral degree with over a decade of experience in academics and almost 10 years working as a therapist treating severe mental illness. I teach undergrad and graduate students who are studying psychology and also those looking to start a second career in the psychology field. I can also provide tips on interviewing and study strategies to apply and pass the board exam to become a licensed therapist/psychologist.
