I am a senior student in sports science. I worked as a coach in big clubs such as Aydınoğlu and Galatasaray sports club. I am an instructor who is committed to serving science. About the lesson

After determining what you are doing in our class and what your goals are. I will schedule your weekly / monthly programs in a way that suits you. I will be with you throughout the process and you can reach me whenever you want outside of training. After explaining some basic diet and exercise principles in our first lesson, we can easily reach your goals.
