About Lyric
I am an experienced dance choreographer who has trained and taught at multiple dance studios throughout Southern California and Memphis, Tennessee. I've even competed at the World of Dance Competition in Las Vegas on a stage in front of thousands of people. Students and Teachers alike have praised me for my joyful presence and ability to work with all levels of dancers, at their own desired pace. It is my duty to make sure that students are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to perform at their best ability, and to shine brightly!

I am a 1:1 dance teacher who works with students on learning the fundamentals of their choice dance style.
I do not only teach dance choreography, but also dance vocabulary, the fundamentals of performance and also dance technique!
A typical lesson plan includes a 10 minute warm up and strength training, then a 10 minute vocabulary review for the words we will be learning and carrying out during the dance lesson, finishing with a 40 minute dance choreography lesson and a final 30 minutes of cleaning the choreography and a small performance! This is a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes. I teach Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced dancers and work at the pace that is comfortable with each individual. From Ballet, to Contemporary, to Hip Hop, to Jazz Funk.. I teach multiple genres and even take requests from dancers as to what style they'd like to be introduced to.
