About Ziv

With 6 years of tutoring experience, I specialise in teaching French to high school and college students. I have successfully guided 150–200 students in developing strong language skills and academic confidence. I enjoy helping students understand French in a clear and practical way.

My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding, practice, and encouragement. I believe students learn best when lessons are explained in simple language. I break down complex topics into easy steps and provide examples that students can easily understand.

I customise my lessons based on each student’s strengths and learning needs. I help students improve grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. I also provide regular feedback to help students recognise progress and areas for improvement.

A key achievement of my teaching journey is seeing students gain confidence and perform better in exams. Many students who once struggled now feel comfortable using French. My aim is to make French learning effective, enjoyable, and confidence-building.

About the lesson

My teaching approach to French is based on practical learning, flexibility, collaboration, and compassion. I use real-life examples and case studies from daily life, travel, academics, and professional communication to help students understand how French is used in real situations.

I customise lessons to suit each student’s learning style and objectives, ensuring steady progress. Collaboration is encouraged through interactive dialogues, role-plays, and communication-focused activities that help students use French naturally.

I teach with patience and understanding, helping students build confidence step by step. Along with French language instruction, I also teach grammar, vocabulary development, pronunciation and phonetics, reading comprehension, writing skills, conversational French, cultural studies, and exam-focused learning.
