Started gymming at 14. Have gone through various courses which include combat fitness, weight lifting, body building and cross - fit. I have done extensive research on both muscle recovery and diet. Can cater to your specific needs. Also I will do my best to make you laugh and enjoy your workouts

Yes it hurts. It will require patience and discipline. However I believe that you can make this fun, I am somebody who uses humor as a form of motivation.
