About Senanur

I am an Adult Registered Nurse who started off her career in Specialist Medicine, an Endocrine and Haematology Ward straight from A-levels to University therefore started Nursing at a young age. I then progressed to being a Charge Nurse/Sister and finally decided to become a bank nurse. During these years, I have also been a practice supervisor and assessor (mentor). I work at one of the major trauma hospitals in the heart of London but have the opportunity to work in other hospitals. As I have worked in many departments, I have extended my knowledge and skills in many areas of Nursing which I am passionate about and love teaching my knowledge to the future nurses. I am a compassionate nurse and know that I am an approachable person which would give comfort to my students during sessions. I have a famous saying which I tell all my students, which hopefully you would be able to find out soon too.

About the lesson

My lessons are based off of your own needs and at your own speed. I will find out about your knowledge and teach lessons depending on your learning style and knowledge, filling in the gaps of the questions you may have or are struggling with understanding. Your lessons will be based on basic nursing needs, skills and techniques used in General Nursing. You will receive lessons on acute training that’s up to date and protocol, therefore you will always have up to date knowledge on everything taught. Each session will be different but will contain a recap of each previous session, practice questions and detailed information about teachings, techniques and skills that are vital in Nursing. You will also be taught medications, medication management and calculations. Basic Life Support, Sepsis and escalations will also be included. The teaching sessions will not be like a university lecture as they are coming from my own experiences of working with students as a practice supervisor and assessor. Due to my experience, I understand that students sometimes do not experience the full potential of placements leaving them with questions. This is why I would love to tutor you to ensure that your knowledge, skills and techniques are thorough and up to date!
