About Karen
I am a native of Colombia but I have lived in Buenos Aires for ten years. In my country of origin, after graduating from high school, I attended several seminars on art history, also analyzed from the philosophy or history of the object. Although I am a designer, the theory of art and perception through the study of history was what interested me the most. Finally, being in Argentina, I fulfilled the desire to study at a professional level in order to carry out all my knowledge within the cultural or art field.

The pedagogy techniques that I use in my classes are usually through theoretical and practical methodologies. There is an intersection between theoretical texts and authors from different historical moments together with audiovisual material to encourage critical thinking rather than memory. Understand in depth the history of art from texts from other disciplines, such as social history, psychology or anthropology.
