About Kyle
Prior to receiving my official education in Personal Training through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), I had first learned the hard way through trial and error over time to achieve my own fitness goals, thereby having these hard-earned answers only confirmed true once enrolling in official education.
In doing so, and thereafter creating this program for my clientele, we can both rest easy in the assurance that every aspect participated throughout is of the highest efficiency and benefit, as well as reusable for life once engrained in the subconscious mind as is the way of all formal education!
