About Julia
Julia Lloyd, a Life Coach and Motivational Speaker, has had a remarkable journey from a challenging upbringing to a thriving career in personal development.
Born in Somerset West 45 years ago, Julia has spent the last 29 years of her life in the Strand Western Cape, South Africa.
Her decision to become a Life Coach was influenced by her 14-year-old son and her connection to her favorite animal, the lion, symbolizing her strength and commitment to personal and professional growth. Julia's passion revolves around children, sports, and animals, adopting animals from animal welfare organizations, and spearheading the "you are good enough" campaign to instill confidence and self-worth in young people.
Her journey has taught her the importance of self-acceptance and focusing on the positive aspects of life, demonstrating that once you accept yourself, you can live life to its fullest.
