I like to establish a comfortable and relaxed learning environment that encourages intrinsic motivation for my pupils to push themselves. We start by identifying gaps in knowledge, then I create schemes of work that build on closing those gaps. I can adapt to work within a given time frame, or consistently throughout the year. Each lesson will typically be 1hr long, however, I am flexible about the pupils' schedule.
I have 2 years of experience working at a high-performing grammar school, therefore, I am more than qualified to help stretch and challenge any student. As a secondary school teacher, I only work with KS3 and KS4 at the moment.
