About Ava
With over 14 years of experience in piano teaching, I offer a deep understanding of jazz harmony, composition, and improvisation. My lessons are designed to cater to students of all ages, providing personalized instruction that aligns with each individual’s musical interests and goals. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced player, my approach ensures that you receive the guidance and support needed to excel.
Outside the classroom, I am passionate about exploring various aspects of music and creativity. I enjoy composing and improvising, which keeps me inspired and connected to the evolving landscape of music. Additionally, I find great joy in experimenting with different genres and styles, which enriches my teaching and brings a fresh perspective to my lessons.
My hobbies extend beyond music as well. I am an avid reader and love to dive into books on a range of topics, from literature to science. I also appreciate nature and often spend time hiking and capturing landscapes through photography. These activities contribute to my creative process and help me bring a well-rounded approach to my teaching, ensuring that my students receive a rich and engaging musical education.
