20-40 minutes is needed. We will learn this routine by combining music, intuition and logic. WARM UP, PILATES, HIGH IMPACT AEROBICS, WEIGHT TONING, STRETCH AND COOL DOWN. Suitable for all ages. This is the routine I use to get in shape for fashion modelling. This routine is especially effective for petite women and average height women. Optional dietary advice is provided within session.
