After collecting information about the individual in the first session with psychological tests and individual recognition tests, I prepare a personalized therapy plan, since each individual is unique and valuable. In general terms, existential therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy are the therapy approaches that I am close to. Depending on the situation, I also take advantage of other approaches.
