About Aga

My passion for sport and particularly for martial arts began during my childhood. It is particularly in the practice of karate that I have found real satisfaction. Throughout my career, I have been thirsty to learn and perfect the techniques learned alongside different masters in Europe and during my travels in Japan. Wanting to share my technical knowledge, I also completed my career in the field of coaching by obtaining certification as a personal coach, which allowed me to develop the educational aspect. My workouts aim to improve physical condition but also to offer sessions that stimulate motivation and challenge oneself, while adapting to the capacities of each individual.

About the lesson

First of all, what is essential for me is to know your personal goals and your sporting background. Depending on your expectations, and your current strengths and limitations, I will guide the sessions that best suit your physical capacities, while stimulating your potential to surpass yourself. I organize the sessions in the form of a complete warm-up, a targeted training according to your needs, and a stretching part to end the session. Each session is different and can be freely discussed and reviewed together to be adjusted according to your development and preferences.
