About Brent
I am a writer/editor/writing coach with a university degree in literature, 20+ years with writing or editing-based federal work, and 30+ years of entertainment and creative writing. I also created and delivered a variety of training programs/user guides within and outside of the federal government. I also own, create content for, and host short, writing-and-editing based informational and motivational videos at writingandeditingtipsandtricks.com (see a link to one of the videos below).

My teaching method would vary according to topic focus, but in general I like to break things down into manageable chunks, gradually threading the various aspects of a topic together into a greater understanding of it as a whole. As a teacher, I like using humour and visuals to make the process more engaging and the information more accessible. I am passionate about communicating and connecting with people.
