About Tameka

I'm a British entrepreneur, Business & Brand Development Strategist and Operations Consultant with over seven years of experience building businesses, developing brands and bringing ideas to life.

I founded and grew a specialist healthcare business in Manchester, serving over 500 clients and generating more than £100,000 in annual revenue at its peak. I've also played a key role in developing a health-tech startup that secured £150,000 in pre-seed investment, contributing to its business strategy, financial planning, operations and investor presentations.

Throughout my career, I've worked across business development, brand strategy, marketing and operational management, gaining practical experience in both launching businesses and navigating the challenges of running them.

What I bring to my lessons is more than textbook knowledge. I understand what it takes to turn an idea into a functioning business, make strategic decisions and adapt when things don't go according to plan.

My approach is supportive, honest and practical. I encourage questions, independent thinking and open discussions, creating a learning environment where you feel comfortable exploring ideas and developing your confidence.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to bridge the gap between business theory and real world application. I believe everyone learns differently, so rather than following a fixed curriculum, I tailor each session to your experience, ambitions and the areas where you need the most support.

Discover: We begin by understanding you, your strengths, experience, goals and any challenges you're facing.

Define: Together, we identify your priorities and create a personalised learning roadmap with clear objectives.

Develop: Through practical exercises, real world examples, strategic discussions and actionable tasks, we work on developing your knowledge, confidence and skills.

Progress: We review what you've learned, evaluate your progress and identify the next steps to keep you moving forward.

What can you learn?

Depending on your goals, sessions can cover entrepreneurship, business planning, brand development, personal branding, market research, business models, marketing and content strategy, operations, professional positioning and communication.

Lesson structure

Lessons typically last 60 minutes and are delivered online in English. Sessions are interactive and discussion led, with practical activities and opportunities to apply what you've learned to your own ideas or professional circumstances.

My experience

I bring over seven years of hands on entrepreneurial and business development experience. I've founded and managed a specialist healthcare business, developed brands and operational systems, and contributed to a healthtech startup that secured £150,000 in pre-seed funding.

My teaching draws on this practical experience, allowing me to share not just the principles of business but how they work in real situations.
