About Jennifer
I'm a Brooklyn born-and-raised Yale Law School graduate currently residing in Hartford, Connecticut with my cattle dog mix pup, Teddy. Before law school, I earned my M.A. and B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Hunter College, graduating as Class Valedictorian. I’ve taught economics at Yale, worked in both public and private legal practice, and currently serve as a federal law clerk. Teaching has always been a constant in my life—I love learning and I love making complex ideas in law and economics clear, approachable, and engaging for my students.

Whether you’re preparing for the LSAT or working through your first year of law school, my lessons are designed to make tough material feel approachable. As someone who's fought imposter syndrome for as long as I can remember, I’ll teach you strategies that build confidence and consistency—whether that means foolproof techniques for LSAT logic questions or walking through how to write a clear IRAC essay. I've been tutoring for eight years and though the subjects I've taught have changed, one thing has stayed the same: my belief in meeting students where they are, explaining concepts simply, and giving plenty of practical feedback.
