I am a bodybuilder with 4 years of experience. I have coaching experience for 1 year and successfully helped my students to achieve their target. Having nutrition knowledge to guide students to eat correctly. I have experience competing in bodybuilding competitions.

I will guide the beginner from giving explain about the step they need to achieve bulking, recovery or loss weight. Every lesson will be 1 hour only. My student successful gain 5kg muscle weight in 1 year naturally. Then loss 6 kg body weight in 3 month. My lesson is suitable for beginner for loss weight or muscle gain.
