About Grant
I am a dedicated piano tutor with 14 years of experience, teaching students of all levels. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of guiding around 150 students on their musical journeys. My approach focuses on personalised learning, tailoring lessons to each student’s unique needs and goals. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine advanced skills, I provide a supportive and engaging environment. My passion for music, combined with my commitment to teaching, ensures every student reaches their full potential.

My teaching strategy for piano is centred around communication, motivation, cultural sensitivity, and integrity. I focus on creating an open, supportive environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and develop a passion for music. I emphasise clear communication to ensure students understand each concept and technique. Motivation is key, so I set achievable goals and celebrate progress to keep students inspired. I also incorporate cultural sensitivity by exploring various music styles from different backgrounds. With integrity, I maintain a respectful, professional relationship, fostering trust and growth. Besides piano, I can teach other relevant subjects, offering a holistic approach to learning.
