About Walter

I have been working for 5 years in personal training, relationship, and dietary advice, both in person and online. I have spent thousands of hours working with clients, from business students who want to become more efficient in their line of work to those who value personal fitness, even clients who just need an extra push to be social and how to handle unwanted baggage. I work various side gigs for the sake of learning and staying busy, as well as own a few small local businesses. I take pride in my work and in each client I help because I understand that sometimes you need a little support to get by in life.

About the lesson

My goal is to help others live the lives they want through supervision, advice and encouragement where you need it most. My method of coaching is to first have a conversation about the lifestyle that you currently live, addressing both the issues you have come to terms with, as well as those you might be missing. We then outline the life you want to live and set multiple short-term goals to meet your main long-term goal. We will set your standards now and weekly (at minimum) go over your progress, then adjust your goals accordingly until you are exactly where you want to be in life. I will bring you the support you need if you bring me an honest effort in making your life better.

I am willing to travel up to 15 miles for the travel fee above as a flat rate. If the need arises, I will either travel further or agree to help at an inconvenience to me for an extra fee that we can discuss.
