My name is Mateo, I am 16 years old. I always found pleasure in teaching and helping people achieve their goals. I like to teach in a fun productive way that ensures that you stay engaged and don’t become bored. As a student I am fresh with new concepts and methods of teaching exemplified by my teachers. At Harrow School the academic tutoring that we receive is one of the best in the country. I have always been eager to learn and to teach others and I have learnt how to keep people, especially younger people engaged as I have tutored younger cousins and family friends before. I can provide lessons that both focus on teaching the syllabus in a calm, productive and fun way, while ensuring that the material sticks. I worked at a primary school in Soitt Harrow, teaching children both neurotypical and with learning and behavioural problems how to tackle academic problems and ensure they have a productive experience.
