i have been in Cross training/ fitness industry since 2019, i am fitness enthusiast who want to spend my knowledge and skills with the people who want to be fit, and have a healthy and a longer life. my approach is simple, my clients should look forward to spend quality time working out with me from their busy and hectic schedule.

My classes are about 45-60 mins long with fun, intense workouts to meet your daily need of fitness
A typical class structure will look like this
Warmup
Specific warmup (drills, skills related to the main workout)
Strength Training
Conditioning workout
Cooldown
these are not your typical isolation workouts which target single muscle group and get monotonous at one point, the goal is to not lose weight or gain muscle but be fit
My workouts consist of different workouts everyday which will focus on increasing your stamina, speed, strength and flexibility
My main focus will be working closely to improve your form and technique and to ensure safety
