About Sithembiso

I am a Certified Personal Trainer under Fitpro. I also have a nutrition certificate to help my clients eat according to their goals and lifestyle. I do house calls, online as well as gym sessions at four gyms in Johannesburg.

About the lesson

I base my sessions on a realistic approach, I like setting my goals for myself according to the client I have. So it's not only clients who set goals for their bodies when they are working with me.
