About Annamarie
Hello! My name is Anna, and I have a passion for helping people gain the confidence to communicate in English. I lived and worked in China for eight years, where I taught English to students of different ages and abilities. During that time, I discovered how rewarding it is to see students grow in confidence and achieve their language goals.
I enjoy creating a friendly, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, because that's how real learning happens. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to suit each person's needs, interests, and pace.
Teaching isn't just a job for me it's something I genuinely enjoy. I love meeting people from different cultures, building their confidence, and helping them develop skills that can open doors to new opportunities in education, work, and travel. Whether you're learning English for school, work, or everyday conversation, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Having taught English in China for eight years, I understand the challenges of learning a new language. My lessons are interactive and practical, focusing on real-life communication through conversation, activities, and personalised exercises.
I teach children, teenagers, and adults of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners. My aim is to make every lesson enjoyable, motivating, and effective, helping you achieve your English language goals while enjoying the learning process.
