About Tonia
Simply put, I teach because I want to see better drawings in the field. I spent 3 years in busy drafting rooms seeing how bad habits slow down production. I have taught 334 students to value layers and layer management. Polylines, splines, and editing tools become second nature quickly.
I cover blocks, attributes, and 3D modeling basics in AutoCAD as well. Arrays, parametric constraints, and coordinate systems remain essential for accuracy. My technical approach ensures clean files. I make drafting easier.

We open the first file and immediately clean up your layer structure to establish a professional workspace. My 3 years of experience mean I focus on what actually saves time in the office. Every student receives a drafting-standards template to keep and reuse for future projects. This resource ensures your layouts and plotting remain consistent.
I leverage my M.Arch background to explain 2D drafting fundamentals and precise drawing with coordinates in simple terms. We are building a workflow that carries you toward a finished set of professional documents.
