I am a personal trainer , Founder of the "Fit Kitchen’ and 'Eddy's Peanut Butter', Creator of The Fit Expo , Creator of Fit Daddy Coaching and host of World Series Fitness Episodes. Currently Located in Toronto Canada.
I’m a Powerlifter, set National and All-time records, won many powerlifting competitions , My Personal Record are 235KG, benched 165KG, and deadlifted 300KG.
I’m fortunate to be able to spend every day to teach, motivate, and pushing my clients, to reach their goals and become their best.
*The journey of fitness, life design and personal development. I'm on a mission to use my story to inspire people to change their mindsets. To get control of their thoughts and actions to achieve their fitness goals.

Workout No Matter Your Fitness Level
Our online At Home Workouts are designed for all ages and will get you active and keep you fit at home. The online plans are easy to follow and can be done anywhere anytime. No gym equipment is needed, just a mobile phone or your computer to view our instructional videos.
You will learn how to warm up, strengthen your upper body, lower body, core and improve flexibility. Every 4 weeks you will receive a new At Home Workout routine which builds on your previous workout plan.
