About Micael
My name is Micael, I come from the US. I have always had the desire to help people achieve their personal goals and to help others become better versions of themselves. I knew I could become a great personal coach when friends would ask my how I kept myself in great shape. With enthusiasm, I would give them advice and show them some techniques in what they could carry into their day to day lives. It would make me glad to see good results. The key thing though, is to have a disciplined mind, then the consistency will follow, thus, so will the results

The first few sessions will be used in order to get to know the student, understand what their goals are, as well as their limitations at the start. Depending on their goals, I will then create an in depth plan that best suits their needs. These sessions can range from 1-4 times of training per week
