About Allen
I have good communication skills and training skills to make sure the audience can understand what I mean, even it's a complicated concept.
I have excellent English skills and I can even speak for Mandarin and Cantonese so my audience can be wider.
I have been working in Microsoft in different roles for more than 5 years which makes me confident in my skill sets.

I have variety of experience in different areas including software engineering, devops, and customer facing skills which makes a very good communicator.
I have the Microsoft Ceritified Trainer which means I know lots of teaching skills in the IT industry.
I am patient and say very deep in the technical stuff and can change the ways to explain same concepts in case there is any misunderstanding.
I would prefer one lesson to be between 30 mins to 1 hour just to have the most focus.
