About Daniel
I have a double degree from the University of Sydney ((concealed information) 1st class honors with university medal), and a PhD from the University of Pittsburgh (dir. John McDowell).
I taught for 11 years at Hunter College/CUNY. I have references, both Faculty Observation Reports and Student Evaluations, that demonstrate my outstanding skills as a teacher. Both are available upon request.
I've taught Logic at the University level 25 times, going back twenty years.

I'm an energetic and inspired teacher, with twenty years of experience learning what works in explaining philosophy to students and getting them interested in the subject and wanting to delve deeper. I love philosophy, and after our lessons, you will too!
My teaching method is pretty simple: we'll read the text closely together, and work hard to win the knowledge contained therein for ourselves, and figure out why it's important for how we think and live our lives.
