About Elijah
Hi, I am Elijah. At 28 years old, I have dedicated over 12 years to mastering fitness, gymnastics, and body mechanics. While I hold two Master’s degrees in Finance and International Business, I realized that my true purpose lies in health and coaching, not the corporate world. This academic background ensures I approach your training with discipline and strategic planning, blending intellectual knowledge with physical experience to guarantee your success.

In my classes, we achieve lasting transformation by mastering technique and understanding the science behind muscle growth. My teaching method is evidence-based, I explain the "why" behind every exercise, focusing on progressive overload and the mind-muscle connection rather than just counting reps.
A typical 90 minute session includes dynamic mobility, focused strength training, and a cool down review. I uniquely integrate gymnastics principles for functional strength and balance, alongside tailored nutrition guidance for cutting or bulking.
I customize training for all ages: School children learn safe bodyweight basics and coordination, College students focus on aesthetics and athletic performance, and Adults work on fat loss, posture correction, and managing fitness alongside a busy lifestyle. My goal is not just to train you, but to teach you the skills to eventually become your own best coach.
