About Kirsty
I take a person-centred coaching approach to supporting you. This means, I work with you to find out what you want to achieve, and explore techniques to enable you to maximise your potential and to continue your studies if that's what you want to do. I am a calm tutor and will use a range of approaches to assist you in your confidence, as well as your study skills. I am disability aware, and have completed CPD in supporting neurodiverse students, and students with mental health concerns. I am passionate about learning and am nearing the end of working on my PhD. I also have a Masters qualification in Psychology and Art and Design.

I have extensive expertise in tutoring students from primary to university levels. I take a person-centred approach, so I will support you where you are and where you want to be. I am fully aware of supporting students with neurodiversity or mental health concerns. I can support with a range of academic skills, including reading, writing, referencing, essay and dissertation writing. I can support with skills around planning, organisation and timekeeping. I have extensive experience in all aspects of art and design, practice, theory and history. Additionally, I have experience tutoring psychology and qualitative research.
