About Victor

I am a lifelong student/teacher with over 40 years of experience. I have taught at numerous schools, universities, colleges, and internationally. Initially, I focused on high-performance athletes, but when I turned 70, I became passionate about helping older adults reduce their pain, feel better every day and learn how to restore their bodies to a healthy state. I am a certified instructor of Qigong, Tai Chi Chuan, Baquazhang, Meditation, and Neigong. I taught and coached while PE Director of the Royal Military College and later as Chief Instructor Canadian Forces School of Physical Education and Recreation. I became a Certified Fitness Appraiser, taught and certified Level I & II Coaches in the National Coaching Certification Program. As a weight training instructor, I provided expertise, instruction, and design use recommendations to several physical fitness equipment manufacturers. For the last 2 years, I have been focusing on classes while living in Mexico, now back in Canada conducting classes and helping.

About the lesson

Be your best and feel better in everything you do. I use small easy incremental steps with exercises that everyone can do to restore performance and pain-free movement that you thought was lost years ago. You will learn whole-body principles that improve your overall health, allow you to do more with less pain, and offset the effects of aging.

Deadly! Victor shared a wealth of knowledge across many different fields involving qi gong and mindfulness practices. He gave thorough and detailed explanations that were enjoyable and very helpful.
