About Pierina Veronica
I started meditating at 17, then life went on and stress crept in, and 15 years ago I had a transformative rediscovery of this practice, which marked a turning point in my life. Since then, I've found my purpose in sharing meditation and helping others discover a deep inner connection, a source of calm, focus, energy, and clarity to thrive and live life to the fullest. I've guided professionals and companies in Latin America on their journey toward greater serenity and mental clarity.
