27 years old with a strong Sensorimotor Background & Multidisciplinary Sports Experience, developed through practicing many sports throughout my life.
🫀 I am passionate about Nature (hiking) and Human awareness, especially topics related to well-being, Personal Development, and neurological & physiological aspects of performance.
I believe discipline is more important than motivation. Motivation comes and goes, but discipline builds long-term results.
