About Lee
As someone with 16 years of meditation experience, 10 years of chakra meditation experience, and 10 years of lucid dreaming experience, I have a deep understanding of the transformative power of these practices. In addition, my 5 years of experience in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition of Dzogchen has provided me with a rich spiritual framework that informs my teaching.
Throughout my years of practice, I have explored the depths of consciousness and discovered the immense potential within us all. Through meditation, chakra balancing, and lucid dreaming, we can tap into this potential and unleash our true selves. I have personally experienced the many benefits of these practices, including enhanced creativity, problem-solving skills, personal growth, spiritual insights, and a greater sense of well-being.
As a seasoned teacher with 5 years of experience, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with others and helping them achieve their goals. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, my courses offer a comprehensive and accessible approach to these powerful practices. Join our mindfulness course and learn practical techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and increase overall well-being in just a few minutes a day, gradually building up session length over time. Ideal practice for a beginner is split into multiple short sessions during each day. For example, 3x 5 minutes sessions in the morning and 3x 5 minutes sessions in the evening for optimal results. Gradually extending the length of each session to work around your lifestyle!

Transcendental Meditation
Transcendental Meditation (TM) is a technique that involves silently repeating a specific set of practices to calm the mind and achieve a state of deep relaxation. This practice has been shown to provide a range of benefits for spiritual, physical, psychological, and emotional well-being. Studies have shown that regular practice of TM can reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, and even improve brain function. Additionally, many people report a greater sense of spiritual connection and personal fulfilment as a result of their TM practice. Scientific studies have also shown that during TM, the brain experiences a state of coherence and increased connectivity, suggesting a mystical or transcendent aspect to the practice.
The goal of this practice is to directly realise the theoretical concept of non-duality that is, the distinctions between mind, awareness, and phenomena are illusory and ultimately inseparable, leading to a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of all things, including consciousness itself.
The goal of this practice is to realise the mystical secret of consciousness is ineffable, beyond the reach of language, and can only be directly experienced through spiritual practice. Suchness as spoken about in Tibetan Buddhism, brahman as spoken about in Hinduism and the Tao as spoken about in Taoist philosophy

In lucid dreaming, the dreamer can explore their subconscious, fly, teleport, manipulate objects, travel through time, and interact with dream characters, among other things. They can also practice skills, rehearse performances, and overcome fears in a safe and controlled environment. Lucid dreaming has been linked to enhanced creativity, problem-solving, and personal growth. It is a skill that can be developed through various techniques, including reality checks and setting intentions before sleep.
Its shown that lucid dreaming can offer psychological benefits such as increased creativity, problem-solving skills, personal growth, and spiritual insights. It may also improve sleep quality and reduce nightmares.
