I bring over 35 years of teaching experience and 18 years as the owner of a personal training and nutrition business. My passion lies in helping others understand the foundational theories of nutrition and food technology while connecting these concepts to real-world applications. With a strong background in health education and program development, I aim to provide engaging lessons that deepen your understanding of the Australian Curriculum for Food Technology, fostering both critical thinking and confidence in your abilities.
I believe the foundations of solid nutritional practices provide longevity, a great start to everyday and prolonged life and wellbeing.
