About Ignatius
With a rich tapestry of 42 years teaching English literature and grammar overseas, I bring a wealth of experience to my role as an educator. Along the way, I've taught a variety of students about the nuances of language in schools and colleges. This seasoned experience is proof of my flexibility to a variety of educational environments as well as my love for promoting literary appreciation. Knowing that my rich background is proof of a lifetime dedicated to the art of teaching, students can have faith in my commitment to their academic advancement. Our joint voyage of discovering the worlds of language and literature is based on my confidence in my competence and expertise.

I use an interactive teaching strategy and modify my classes to accommodate different learning preferences. My focus is on encouraging critical thinking via interesting exercises and practical applications. 60 minutes is the average length of a lesson, which strikes a balance between depth and student involvement. Having a Master in English literature degree, I have taught students at all levels—from middle school to college. I put a lot of effort into fostering an environment that is encouraging of active involvement and ongoing feedback, making sure that every student, regardless of age or ability level, receives individualized support for academic success.
