Why I Teach Korean – A Message from the Heart Teaching Korean is more than just a job for me — it’s a calling. I teach because I truly believe that language is one of the most powerful tools for connection. Korean isn’t just about grammar or vocabulary; it’s a gateway to a rich culture, deep history, and meaningful relationships. As a native speaker, I feel proud and honored to share my language with others. But more importantly, I want to help my students feel confident, understood, and welcomed as they explore Korean, whether it’s for study, travel, work, or personal growth. I’ve seen how learning Korean can open new doors — not just professionally, but emotionally. It brings people closer to Korea, and often, closer to themselves. That’s why I take every lesson personally and do my best to make sure my students don’t just learn Korean, but truly experience it. If you’re ready to start this journey, I’ll be with you every step of the way — with patience, guidance, and a genuine passion for helping you succeed.

As a certified Korean language teacher with over 4 years of experience teaching international students, I tailor each lesson to your goals and language level.
Whether you're preparing for the TOPIK I/II, want to improve your fluency and pronunciation, or need structured guidance in grammar and writing, my classes are designed to help you progress confidently and effectively.

Lessons are available online or in-person (Melbourne, and flexible scheduling is possible.)
