About Timothy
This is a non-religious practice, but offers mental clarity that partners well with spiritual practices. Part of what I’m happy to share is how to meld mindfulness with spiritual practice. This is a deep passion of mine as a Universalist Unitarian (a religion founded on the concept of creating safe spaces for all faiths in the congregation.)
We won’t touch religion as a default, but let me know if you’re interested.

Join me for affordable lessons based on my years of experience and personal practice. I started doing yoga at age 14 as part of my dance training, and as a recently retired dancer, I have kept it part of my daily routine.
