About Natasha
Since I was eight years old, I have been participating in different sport activities and that lead to become a qualified yoga instructor. I enjoy doing exercises and I would like to inspire somebody else to do the same in order to feel better, be mentally stronger, have a better sleep, release stress and anxiety, lose weight.
