About Marta
Yoga came into my life more than 5 years ago and it has improved my life in many aspects.
A regular practice helps with anxiety and stress, promotes relaxation in your daily life, increases your energy, improves your mood, improves your alertness and enthusiasm, benefits the health of your heart, improves the quality of
your sleep and on top of that, it increases your strength, balance, and flexibility, and that's just some of its benefits.
