About Pilar

I am dedicated to providing tools of body, mental and emotional awareness to people of different ages and with different objectives. You can read information about my personal and professional experience to know me better in my web (concealed information) where I regularly write articles on my blog.

About the lesson

Hey there! I've spent years practicing yoga and my education, because learning to take advantage of our body to enjoy it, as well as meet our interior through bodily sensations is something exciting and very useful to be happy. Music in my classes, smoothness, conscious breathing and attentive respect to our body are the basis from which I start to develop the flexibility and experience body-mind-spirit unity. After several years living outside the island and trained as a instructor Yogatherapy start the year - back to Las Palmas and developing my professional work from here. Currently, I am doing a mindfulness training for schools, since one of my primary goals this year is to offer yoga programs, management of emotions and attention in schools, colleges and other institutions for students, teachers and families. I offer my own regular sessions of yoga method (fusion of hatha yoga, antigimnasia, meditation, NLP ...) at home in Las Palmas. Miguel Angel ha venido ya a 5 sesiones de yoga en dos semanas. Las clases han sido en mi espacio individuales. Su objetivo era cultivar paz mental para hacerle frente a sus retos de este año. Desde el principio ha estado entusiasmado, sin expectativas más allá que las de disfrutar dr la práctica. Siempre viene con curiosidad y muy abierto a nutrirse de cosas nuevas. Como persona, un hombre maravilloso también. Deseo seguir compartiendo la práctica con él.

Pipo y yo compartimos varias sesiones de yoga en su domicilio. Por motivos de su trabajo, dábamos las clases muy temprano por la mañana. Era una fantástica forma de empezar el día, estirando y desperezando el cuerpo, además de establecer una intención para el día y conectar con la respiración.
