About Jimena
I was born and raised in the beautiful and always crowded Mexico City but I've lived in Canada for the last 4 years.
I love my black lab Sadie, I enjoy reading, podcasts, going for walks, cooking and one of my biggest passions in life is art, that's why I studied Design and Visual Communication. I do lettering, calligraphy and have a podcast about why Art & Design are important in our lives.

Learning a new language shouldn't be boring or difficult. I'll make the sessions as if you were talking to a friend. Catching up, relaxing and having fun.
I'll teach you the best of both worlds…the grammatically correct and proper Spanish AND the local idioms and expressions.
We can start from scratch or practice the Spanish you already know, improve your vocabulary, learn local expressions and even talk about the culture and traditions from my country.
I think this last part is really helpful to connect with the language and its people.
