About Ben
My name is Ben, I'm 29 and have a passion for coaching others. I also own and operate a Technical Support business, covering a range of matters but mostly computer, tablet and mobile phone help. Previous to helping people with computers, I worked for John Lewis as a technology expert, so I've spent many years working with tech! I look forward to teaching you and empowering you to get the most from technology.

Hello, my name is Ben and I'm here to help. Firstly, I will find out how you learn best and we'll take it from there! We will work through specific topics in bite-size chunks to ensure you never feel overwhelmed or confused. I find that 30 mins to an hour works best for most people and we then recap anything you were unsure of, or would like to re-cover at the start of the next session. I am an experienced tutor with 6 years of experience, supporting a range of learners, mostly older adults but not exclusively. Remember, there are no silly questions and we all learn at different speeds.

Deadly! Ben is very accommodating, conscientious and helpful. I have already learnt some useful tips. I would recommend him to anyone.
Deadly! Ben helped us (seniors) to understand and solve my computer questions. Trying to tie in 4 devices and transfer from android to iOS systems was difficult. Ben resolved and explained all the issues. Also impressed with his Web design ideas and his assistance with my current Wix design.
