About Noe
Hey, I’m Noe Nesmith. I help adults (solo or couples) become confident, floor-ready dancers without the awkward group-class vibe. I’ve been dancing 15 years, coaching 9, and I teach American Rhythm & Smooth and International Latin plus social Salsa, Bachata, and Swing. My early training in ballet, modern, and Afro-Cuban gave me the musicality and body control I now pass on in plain English. I cut my teeth at Fred Astaire, then moved to Infinity Dance Studio, where I coach from Dance Vision and WDSF syllabi. Translation: you’ll learn clean basics, elegant lead/follow, and short, forget-proof combos that actually work in real life. How I coach: one clear focus per lesson, a pattern you can use tonight, and a 15-second recap video + 5–10 minute micro-drill so progress sticks. We track wins inside my private Skool community, the Step One Society, with checklists and bite-size lessons that keep you moving forward. Proof I love: one summer, I took a student who’d only done two crowded salsa classes and turned him into a confident five-dance performer because she followed her personalized plan. I coach adult beginners (solo or couples) in Latin & Ballroom to become confident dancers without the awkward group-class vibe. Every lesson is 1:1 (that can include your partner), personalized, and ends with a clear next step so you never wonder what to practice. How my lessons work Personal plan: We pick 1–2 dances (e.g., Rumba + Cha Cha) If you don't know what you want to dance that's fine I can show you them all then you decide, and once that's settled we then set a schedule to hit our desired outcome. Beginner-proof progressions: I teach clean basics first (lead/follow, timing, posture), then link figures into short combos you can actually use on a social floor. At home drills (5–10 min): I give you one tiny drill per session so you retain what you learned. Skool access: You get my Step One Society video vault—short lesson replays, checklists, and mini-quizzes to keep momentum between sessions. Optional fitness/nutrition: Want faster results? I can layer in step goals and simple macros for energy, posture, and confidence.
