I am someone who has a very very sad background and I've been in and out of drugs. But luckily I was able to quit and started training and it's been 4years and I'm willing to teach/Coach anyone interested

When I started gaining love for fitness it was very very hard for me to build my body because I was fat , after couple months before I started training I lost weight due to depression I became skinny , building your body takes time if you don't have the right person to coach you like I did because it was frustrating ..I have 4Years training
