About Lance
I have studied Alevel Cambridge in Zimbabawe and have represented Zimbabawe across four sporting disciplines including Rugby, Waterpolo, Swimming and Athletics. I have always been a positive team leader and love to share my knowledge with others and I know there is always more to learn and I love being able to do that in an outdoor environment.

I like to engage my students in the exercise or task at hand and try get them to think about how they would get from where they are now to where they want to be and I then assist them on that oath and help them achieve all of their goals.
