About Douglas
Music has stayed at the center of my life since I was a child. Sitting at the bench, I focus on building technique while protecting the pure joy found in playing. My instruction covers jazz improvisation, memorization techniques, and hand independence alongside rhythm and timing.
I guide students through grade exam prep for ABRSM or Trinity, refining pedaling technique and sight playing for complete accompaniment skills. It is truly a pleasure to help you grow from a beginner into a confident performer.
