I am an Instructional Assistant for our local school district. Over 10 years experience with individual and small group ESL/ELL. Teach students to be better at speaking, reading, and writing in English. Develop specialized curriculum for students personal goals.

I teach through facilitating, demonstrating, and delegating. By facilitating I am able to encourage peers to self-learn with activities that allow students to role-play, debate, and quiz. Demonstrating is used mostly for one on one, student-teacher experience, whereas I speak and model pronunciation. For example diphthongs, and digraphs.
